01. Returns
Due to the nature of food products, we generally do not accept returns once products have been delivered.
However, returns or replacements may be considered if:
- You received the wrong product
- The product arrived damaged
- The package was tampered with during delivery
To request assistance, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with your order details and clear photos of the issue.
02. Refunds
If a refund is approved, it will be processed to your original payment method.
For payments made through Razorpay, refunds are typically processed within 5–7 business days, although some banks and payment methods may take up to 10 business days to reflect the amount in your account.
Refunds may be issued in cases such as:
- Damaged or defective products
- Incorrect items shipped
- Orders cancelled before dispatch
03. Non-Refundable Situations
We may not provide refunds for:
- Change of mind after delivery
- Minor packaging variations
- Delays caused by courier services beyond our control
- Incorrect shipping information provided by the customer
04. Order Cancellation
Orders may be cancelled before they are shipped. Once dispatched, orders generally cannot be cancelled.
